Still alive.
I've been on a bike sabbatical for a month or two. Now it's back to training. I started running. I completed a leisurely 5k in 28:22. In my defense, that was the first time in my life I had run that far.
Also, it's cold now. And windy. I almost got blown off the bike yesterday. I took an eastern route, not the southwestern favored by more cyclists around here. I didn't see any other bikes on the road.
There were whitecaps on Lake Kegonsa.
They're building a fitness club in my building. Score.

He's ALIVE! Was waiting to see you rev back up. Congrats on the 5K. I have been trying my hand at running as well.

Nice job ;)
Maybe think about swimming as an alternative to a run. At my age and a past runner, I know what damage it can do in the long run.
Just a friendly suggestion :)
